Confirm Style Requirements
- Please specify the shape and size of the lab-grown diamond, type of jewelry, and other detailed requirements by filling in the request form below.
- Based on your needs, we’ll offer suitable options and suggestions, and get back to you promptly to confirm the style.
Place Order and Pay Deposit
- Once the style is confirmed, customers are required to pay 40% of the order cost as a deposit to secure the order. (manual payment by cash or transfer allows for deposit payment; credit/ debit payment only allow full payment)
Product Creation and Preparation
- After the order is confirmed, we’ll start creating or preparing the product to ensure it meets your requirements and quality standards.
Settle Remaining Balance Before Shipping
- When the product is ready, we will notify you and arrange for the payment of the remaining balance.
Product Shipment and Delivery
- Once the payment is completed, we’ll arrange the product shipment to ensure you receive it smoothly.
